I ordered from dermalogica.com and the package arrived way quicker than I was thinking it would. The tracking email came soon too, which was nice because I wasn’t just sitting there wondering where it went. Everything was packed okay and showed up in good condition. I’m really happy with the fast shipping, it was kind of a nice surprise.

"Decent site, just a little clunky"
The Dermalogica site was mostly fine to use, but I did feel like it took more clicks than it should to find certain products. The filters could definitely be a bit more helpful too. That said, checkout was smooth, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I have sensitive skin and this has actually helped it settle down a bit. The redness is less noticeable, and I’m not getting that burning feeling anymore. It’s not some miracle overnight thing, but my skin definitely feels more chill.

I was getting so fed up with my skin freaking out all the time, but this has actually helped. My face looks a lot calmer, and the spots are finally starting to fade instead of just hanging around forever. I’m happy with it so far.

"Decent, but didn’t really live up to the promises"
I wanted to like this more because some of the ingredients do feel high quality, but it’s not as clean or gentle as they make it sound. A few of the formulas have fragrance and other stuff that my skin definitely doesn’t love, which is frustrating when the brand kind of promises a better, more skin-friendly experience. It works okay, but for the price, I expected it to deliver more than it did.

I reached out earlier in the week and didn’t hear back right away, so by the next day I was starting to wonder if my message got missed. They did eventually reply, and the help I got was fine, but the whole process felt a little slower than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just not the quickest customer service I’ve dealt with.

"Finally Found Something My Skin Doesn’t Hate"
My skin is so annoying because it’s combo and reacts to almost everything I try. Usually I end up either super dry or breaking out, but the dermalogica products I ordered have actually been fine for me. No burning, no weird rash, no drama on my face.

I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and my skin just feels calmer and more balanced. I’m not saying it completely transformed me overnight, but for my skin, this has been a really good fit.

"Couldn’t get past the scent"
I ordered this from dermalogica.com and the shipping part was totally fine, no complaints there. But once I actually used the product, the smell really threw me off. It had this strong spa-meets-chemical scent that seemed to linger on my face way longer than I expected.
I checked around to see if other people noticed it too, because I know some folks don’t mind fragranced skincare, but it just wasn’t for me. My skin didn’t love it and my nose didn’t either. For the price, I was expecting something a lot more subtle, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I do like a few Dermalogica products, so I wasn’t expecting the return part to be such a not-great thing. The steps were clear enough, I guess, but it just took longer than I thought for the refund to actually show up. Customer support was fine, like not rude or anything, but also didn’t really make it move faster or explain much. It wasn’t a horrible experience, just kind of slow and a little irritating, especially for how much the products cost.

"My skin finally feels hydrated"
I ordered from dermalogica.com after a friend recommended it because my skin had been feeling super dry and tight lately. After about a week, I noticed my face felt a lot more comfortable and way less flaky. I also liked that it didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. Shipping was smooth, the product did what I was hoping it would. I’d definitely buy it again

I tried this dermalogica moisturizer, the texture is nice. It feels smooth going on, though it’s a little thicker than I was expecting.
It spreads easily enough, but on my skin it definitely doesn’t sink in right away. I had to give it some time before applying makeup, otherwise my face still felt a bit tacky.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad moisturizer, because it’s not. I can see it working better at night or for someone with drier skin, but for everyday use, I’m not totally sold. 3 stars from me.

I’ve been using Dermalogica for maybe around 2 months now, not every single product in the line or anything, just the stuff I bought from dermalogica.com. My face does seem smoother, and the little lines near my eyes don’t jump out as much as they used to. I also feel like my skin is a bit firmer when I wake up, though I don’t know if that’s just the routine finally helping. Ordering was simple and shipping was fine. It’s definitely not some overnight miracle, but I can see enough of a difference that I’m glad I tried it...
